I just finished the part one of the archives, I can see part 4 for some reason, and I'm just slightly confused as to what I should do now to get rift fragments. Do I just play the game?

• Do you think they'll be adding back in the Howling grounds cosmetics from the last Chinese new years

Recently while playing about as killer I've been seeing a lot more David's with the untamed donkey jacket. And I feel like David in general is missing out on longer jackets (like his base one through fog jacket)
