• Neas "new" hair.

  I use Neas side-shaved hair with no baseball cap and it has been changed. I can appreciate the fact that you're trying to give it lively appearance but to me, it's completely awful and isn't something I would have purchased. Is there a way I can get refunded or, better yet, revert it back to what it was? Her hair not moving was kind of odd, yes, but it's not good looking anymore, like AT ALL.
