  While using Frenzy to vault a pallet while a survivor blinded me I got stuck in a pseudo Frenzy state. I ran with my knife held in Frenzy, but, not at frenzy speed. I was unable to break pallets or vault windows. I couldn't use frenzy. When I would hit survivors the first hit would injure them, and the second hit would play the downing them animation and apply deep wounds. They would disappe
