• I lost access to all the characters I’ve bought from in game store?

  Hello, Has anyone run into this before? I had all DLC characters purchased and logged on one day and lost access to majority of them. I narrowed it down that it’s all the characters I’ve purchased from the in game store and not steam. I still have access to all perks and if I click on a character that is now locked, it shows the prestige level that I had. For example, in one of the screensho
