  Wesker instant flicks, instant hugs, and bounding off cliffs is bugged. He bounds twice from just holding the left mouse activation button and there's a strange delay between bounds that prevents instant hugs from being performed consistently. • Unbound doesn't affect special killer vaults

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Unbound description: "This perk activates for 30 seconds after a survivor becomes injured by any means. After vaulting a window, you gain 7% haste for 10 seconds." The description lacks specification that it doesn't apply to certain vaults, leading me to believe this is an unintended bug/oversight.   Platform: PC Description of the issue: Unnerving presence doesn't reduce the skill check success zone of decisive strike. This seems to have occurred ever since patch 3.4.0 that made debuff icons only appear on survivor screens when they take effect.
