  I lost 2 of my event cosmetics a week ago, so I sent devs a ticket (with screenshots which prove I got them). They already answered to my ticket a few hours later still at the same day and said that they send this to the DbD-Team for further investigation. Now nearly 4 days have passed since I got this message - how long is it gonna take, until I get my cosmetics back? Has anyone got experience

  Today I lost 2 event cosmetics: 1) David's Untamed Donkey Jacket 2) Kate's Free Songbird Top Is this a common problem/bug right now and do the devs know about that? It's just really frustrating and I'm mad, because I've worked hard for it to get it and now it's just gone -.- Does anyone else have this problem as well and what did you do to resolve it?
