  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I played Nemmy in customs, as I wanted to start re-learning the killer. The Bill bot got to death hook, and had infinite killer instinct until I killed him. I am unsure whether this is possible in public matches, but the fact this happens in customs is very alarming to me personally.
