AuraAbsorber in Bug Reporting November 20, 2020

I am unable to accept a friend request on Dead By Daylight from my brother. He plays on steam and I play on xbox one. My friend on PS4 can't add him either and neither of us can send him a friend request when we try. The option is there but when we click it, it does nothing.
