  Too much hesitation once a survivor is pulled from the hook. Possible correction: decrease idle time by 1 second after survivor is removed from the hook. Intentional disconnects. Possible correction: Game play denial for 1 hour, 2 hours after second offense, 3 hours after third offense and so on up to 24 hours after forth offense.
