• Is STBFL bugged on Nemesis?

  Guys, have you noticed any recent bug with STBFL? Yesterday I was playing against a Nemesis and he didn't use his tentacle, just his primary attack. At several times he missed the attack, but he recovered extremely quickly. I was sure he was using Unrelenting, but I confirmed he wasn't. The only perk he used that could explain this was STBFL. My friends who were playing with me also noticed this
