  my auric cells still missing, no reply on tickets, no updates on twitter. shards the same, those 6k shards whatever, but i lost 10€ which are still somewhere but not on my account and the teams seems to not care enough how to make quick updates.

  I opened the game after the rift got released, i went to see the rift then clicked on UNLOCK PASS and once again on UNLOCK PASS, it moved me to the store since i did not had 1k auric cells and put the 10€ that i had previously on my steam acc, after this i had the same auric cells i had before (277) and didnt had the pass unlocked, either the 10€ from steam. Need help, thanks. Im from PC Stea
