• Obsession without perks?

I've played a match were I was obsession with the perks, being : lithe, small game, lightweight and BT. The killer too didn't have any: distressing, unervering presence, ruin and thana. Those ocurrencies are normal? If yes, does the killer gain more points for killing the obsession?
