• Is it normal for Hillbilly's chainsaw feathering to jump from 80 to 100 now?

  I main hillbilly and have for probably about over a thousand hours. I have double engravings charge speed down by heart, however for some reason. While I'm revving the bar freezes and then jumps to 100 causing me to lose distance and potentially a down. Beyond that it has drastically changed my playstyle, I no longer try to feather close to 100 because of these random jump I'm holding it closer
