  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: PLATFORM: Steam (PC) STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Tome 15, part 2, "I want it I got it" can't be completed Currently trying to finish the Tome 15, I played multiple matches as skull merchant but this specific challange cannot be completed no matter what I try to do.   Not sure if I'm the only one or if anyone else is struggling with it (haven't found any post about it) but this skull merchant challange is impossible to finish I have both marked injured survivors and injured survivors with clawtrap and then downed them but this challange didn't complete. I tried doing different tome and then doing it again, I tried re-selecting it, restariting the game and nei

• Cannot claim weekly free gift and any other bp "rewards"

  I logged into dbd today to claim my weekly and mails, but the only thing I could claim was skins from the mail. When I try to claim the bp rewards I get an error (see bellow). I have restarted the game 5 times now and verified the files as well. Any advice on what to do?
