• Am I being ignored?

  When I synced my Xbox account to my Steam account I noticed that the only thing I am missing are 3 characters (Jill, Leon, and Nemesis). I had bought these characters with Auric Cells a while back and at first I thought that was the reason why they didn't cross over. However upon asking I realized that was not the case. • Are characters that are bought with Auric Cells not transferable for cross progression?

  I bought Jill, Leon, and Nemesis with cells a while back on Xbox and when I synced my account for cross progression to Steam they were the only characters that I was missing. I can still see their prestige levels but the only way for me to access them was to spend the cells (again) or buy the DLC. I have been sending a request to the BHVR support team since Monday to get this problem resolved bu
