  Having run into a fair few billy players, almost everytime i've been downed is because I can't get away when they get their chainsaw up. To elaborate, the killers base speed is higher for obvious reasons but for billy, when revving the chainsaw there's no decrease or slowing?! Therefore they can just run up to you while revving and instadown you. I dont see why Billy isn't slowed down a bit as t
