  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Hooking of survivors is not possible. PLATFORM: Epic Games STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I downed survivors using Ghostface and for some reason I can't get to hook survivors even if I was near on hook. No one seems to bodyblock.

  I mean the only four perks you see on every Survivors will always be Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Boon: Circle of Healing, and DECISIVE STRIKE. While on the other hand, Killers have underpowered perks, and if there is such a good perk it would always be associated with a Hex Totem which is a bummer since I play mostly as Killer.
