• Why did characters I bought with iridescent shards/auric cells get locked out of nowhere?

  I decided one day I wanted to play and I went to play survivor and I saw that I was on Dwight even though that I last played Kate so I go to check and I see that Kate is locked away. I look around and I see that two other survivors of mine had the same thing happen but not any of killers.
