  So, for context, I've been playing DBD for about 2-3 years, and have amassed a collection of perks. Now, I stopped playing like maybe a year ago? And came back about two months ago and used cross progression. At first sight, I had everything I used to have on killer, but when I crossed over to survivor, 7 perks that I had purchased from the shrine of secrets where gone. I tried contacting support
