There is an audio issue and the developers are aware of it but cannot say when a fix is ready for it: https://x.com/DeadbyDaylight/status/1935009059595559069
It seems like it only happens when you play against Springtrap and interacting with the cameras. Otherwise, it should be okay (thus more is possible).
I literally just created an account to thank you lol because I was about to go on Amazon and spend another £100 on a headset, because my mic is HyperX and so are my headphones. I thought it was HyperX going funny, but it wasn',t and I was like NAH NO WAY. Clearly my mic is gg, but headphones may be fine. 😌
