the ranking system was a very meaningful part of the game for me. since then, it feels like the game became more isolating. the next best thing was being able to see people's prestige levels, but that has been removed from the game for me as well (they apparently removed it for select players).
dead hard was really fun, and flashlight clicking was enjoyable. and i say this even as a killer main, because i played a lot of killer, and it made games more interesting as both survivor and killer.
i enjoyed being able to unlock perks on all characters without having to do the blood web so many times.
i enjoy the automatic blood web feature, and i think preventing instant downs when unhooking is also good. but overall, a bit of magic has been removed from the game.

suddenly disappeared for me too. it was cool being able to see other peoples prestige level and it was cool knowing they could see mine. now i don't feel motivated to do the blood web anymore. so cool, thanks for that
don't get what's up making all my progress and skill in the game completely private from everyone

I started up DBD with anticipation, looked and the characters are still greyed out. I responded with screen shots highlighting the ALL of the STILL missing characters.

So long message to state there's still no movement.
Can confirm the bug still exists for me also.
@hailxsatanxeveryxday, I agree "shortly after the Hotfix 2 update" should mean it'll be fixed soon, but for some reason, I'm feeling skeptical

i received an update from my ticket:
"Thank you for your patience on this. I wanted to give you an update that the issue has been found but requires some extra time for the fix to be implemented and deployed.
We do not have a specific ETA but the fix will be released shortly after the Hotfix 2 update. Rest assured that your DLCs are still safely with us and will be available once again when the update comes.
Once again, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. The support and understanding you have shown us is very much appreciated!"
