• I've noticed some issues with survivors as well, I seem to be getting silent rushed actions on occasion without playing with Quick and Quiet. Windows and pallet vaults I've noticed in particular being silent on my side during a few matches. Not sure if killer isn't hearing them too, but it doesn't look like they are.
