  • I’m glad there’s already a post on this. I’ve been having the same issue for the past couple days. Issue is definitely with DBD only. Did troubleshooting on both my laptop and desktop.
    Checked integrity of files, set all settings to default, changed FPS, reinstalled the game, reinstalled steam. Tried different keyboards, pc and laptop both continue to have the exact same issue. If I hold the keys down too long, I have to wait for the game to catch up before new inputs are registered including the esc key if I’m just stuck walking. Definitely unplayable right now. Downloaded the game on Epic and inputs work just fine. So it might be DBD on Steam specifically.
