• i do think that they should be 1 Purified and 3 Diluted, but for survivors i think they could add like a Distillation bench that survivors can interact with for like 45 or 60 seconds to craft a purified tonic (max 3 per game) for survivors to remove an hook state but they have to waste time doing it.
