  • Feels like Fallout: New Vegas to me. I love it

Or you can do like me :

    • have a main survivor = playing the perks i want
    • when playing the other survivor i play all of their specific perks + 1 that combo well (ex : Ace + plunderer / Claudette + We'll make it / Nancy + Small Game / Meg + Spine Chill / etc

This is what I do when i play Survivor, it adds a bit to the immersion for me

  • Its super fruatrating for sure. I've had it happen every single match since the Blight dropped, usually multiple times in a match.

The first couple days I definitely lost good pressure because of it because they wiggled out but I cant say that it cost me the games I lost. Incredibly frustrating though.

Once I figured out that you can drop them and pick them back up to fix the glitch I've been fine. Even still, I might lose a gen that I could have popped with this method but it's not as bad as having to start another chase due to a bug.

I've tried backing up and trying to rehook them but I guess I'm not getting the angle right or something.

Somebody in the thread said try backing up until the prompt disappears then try again, I'll have to try this tonight, it'll shave a couple seconds off the process.

  • Go through the tomes and try to do any "kill by your own hand" or "kill entire team by any means" challenges if you haven't done them already. Unfortunately the mori dailies are random but those are the ones I hold onto Ivory's for.

  • Ive had it happen every match since 4.2.0 dropped. Sometimes its a minor inconvenience, its a close hook, I drop them, pick them back up and it works. But if theres no hooks nearby and I have to travel and the bug happens when I get there, if I drop them and pick them up they struggle out and I lose a ton of pressure.

I had a legion game basically won (2 on hook, 1 on the ground) im carrying 4th guy to hook, bug happens and he struggles out, rescues a hooked survivor, they rescue the slug who rescues the fourth and undo the entire play.

Legion Frenzy vault bug is back as well, and ive also had multiple killers bug out when kicking a pallet

  • I had some good games with him this morning. Just some thoughts:

I had alot of success canceling his power and going for the M1 when they start trying to juke, im running STBFL on him and the chases were short. It worked in places where i would normally get looped into oblivion. Just canceling it a few times would be enough to get them off the loop and once they were in the open it was game over.

When I would try and use his power the only times I had success with it was when i got the drop on them and got them through walls (I'm running Monitor and Discordance). Trying to actually use it in a chase yielded nothing, trying to lead them was too hard :,(

I thought I was gonna be sending people to cages mostly but it turns out I was hooking them more often than not. Maybe thats just how I was playing idk if a really good pyramid head would be doing that.

When I downed someone who was in torment and there was another survivor nearby, for sure i sent them to a cage because its quicker. Not everyone I downed was in torment though. I'm running BBQ and got decent stacks on it every game.

On the other hand I did get to use his Final Judgement more than I thought I would. And that was helpful because its a quick animation and I could get back to looking for survivors quicker than taking them to their final hook.

I'm running BBQ, STBFL, Discordance and M&A and I had alot of fun with it but i doubt thats his ideal build. I dumped over 1 million BP into him, I want Nurses Calling Tier 3 and I'm All Ears to swap out for BBQ and Discordance so I can use his power more effectively, but I have a feeling it'll still be tough because you have to lead them and I suck with all the projectile killers.

I think hes a ton of fun and his loop ending potential is amazing. I got way more hits than i though I would just by faking the power and going for the M1. STBFL came in clutch.

  • Legion, Billy and Hag for fun

Freddy if I want alot of bloodpoints

  • Otzzzz #1 for skill and tech and overall demeanor. Otz is king

Fungoose for the same reasons, great tech and no salt

Yerv and Jaee for pure entertainment

*Edited to include my honorable mentions

Yes, this challenge can be completed by any killers with the "Iron Maiden" perk.

Yes, there's no requirement for the Killer. Just the perk.

    Sick, thank you guys!

  • Maybe a dumb question but can this challenge be completed by any killer with Iron Maiden? Or does it have to be done with the Legion?

I have it for most of the killers I play, stupid perk pops up over and over in all my bloodwebs and yet in 49 levels of Billy I still dont have tier 1 BBQ :'(

  • This happened to me with Mortal Kombat 11 haha. I slowed down once I started playing DBD and its been more than a week since ive booted it up :'(

We start a new ranked season tomorrow and I'm sitting here trying to find the motivation to start the grind again.

Tbf its the only game I played for almost a year and getting wrapped up in THAT ranked mode will take its toll on you for sure.

I gotta start varying it up so I don't burn myself out on DBD too but I'm hooked (forgive the dumb pun). With the new update and rift coming this week im not going anywhere lol, I'm gonna have to find some time to do my ranked MK sets every day.

There are plenty of safe pallets on the Game map and it's very awkward for killer to effectively patrol gens unless they are the Nurse.

The only reason that map has the highest kill rate is because Killers actually have a chance to get the drop on Survivors instead of being spotted 10000000 miles away and it's the one map where actual effort has to be put into finding gens instead of spawning and being on one 2 seconds into the match start.

I hate this map equally as both killer and survivor for the reasons you mentioned. I play killer mostly and patrolling gens here is a huge pain.

As a survivor I very rarely get to start working on a gen without running into the killer beforehand, the gen placement is so stupid.

Somebody else mentioned the terror radius issue here which is also annoying, I'll be repairing a downstairs gen and my spine chill is going off the whole time because the killer is in a chase on the floor above me.

I hate hate HATE this map, I have no comment on the balance of making the maps smaller in general as I am new to the game (two weeks in) and will have to play after the patch to see how it feels (on both sides of course).
