It was that crazy bear.
The attack I was using said it's damage was increased when he was effected by the Burn status effect (and other stuff). Also it looked like I'd already doubled his strength. (That's what that x2 thing was, right?) He took damage but he one hit everything.
That’s facade for you if your suffering from a status effect it does crazy damage

I honestly had no clue what I was doing the first match. I just pressed attacks that worked or sounded effective.
That second match though ouch that was a massacre

My excuse is insomnia. I'll wake up at like 1 AM and be unable to sleep until like 9 PM even though I'm dead tired.

Also can someone explain Pokémon in a short and simple way to me? I've heard of it/them, but I know nothing besides that there are Pokey-balls you capture things with and like little monsters that you evolve? I legit know next to nothing and I'd like to know more.

That’s why we have multiple save files unless it’s pokemon in which case your screwed

I've actually stopped playing games over a lot of progress lost. :/ It's really disheartening when you see your last save was hours ago.

Gyms are a must and maybe some really hard battles we’ve yet to have a champion better then Cynthia or blue but I’m looking forward to catching every single Pokémon again

That is true, but it still sucks nonetheless. Hate when a game crashes after I haven't saved in a while. That's part of the reason why I save like mad now. -w- Progressed in story? Save. Catch a new Pokemon? Save. Talked to someone? Save.
Oh man o remember once I started playing Pokémon Platinum and 16 hours later my ds died and then I realized the horrible truth I never once saved that was soul crushing on the bright side I caught a shiny krabby on Pokémon let’s go the other week

It’s not my favorite ironically though one of my all time favorite dungeons is a water teme the lakebed temple to be exact from twilight princess at least I have the Gerudo valley theme playing in the background I love that music
