• Fast track in my opinion was okay. There was no need changing it. It should be reverted as it was before.

• Apart from that should be anti tunnel. The best way is to make a person who was unhooked invincible until they touch a single gen. Anti camp should give you to unhook yourself much faster without that long progression.
