You make no noise if healthy, slightly reduced noise if injured, and if the killer finds you they can pick you up as if you were in the dying state. Normal Dying movement speed, affected by Tenacity.
Imagine if you did that to a doctor tho, if they static blast ur gone

As a doctor main I’d say the most effective thing is to just waste his time. It’s makes me mad that people do it but it makes them escape easy since his ability doesn’t make you die any faster, just lets him track you
