Most of the comments are defending killer behavior, so I'll agree with you that survivors cause at minimum 1/5th the issues in a bad game when one or more does something from your list. Both sides contribute here, and DCs from each side have gotten worse because of it. I solo and can def say sometimes I can't play it is either so bad with camper/ tunnelers or, more often as of late, survivor DCs/ antics (to be generous).
IMO, There's gotta be understanding that both sides want to have fun, and it doesn't have to literally be a bloodbath or perfect escape/ play to be a good game. I tend to enjoy games where everyone does well, even killer when I'm a survivor.
