• I figured out what is causing the ghost player on hook and me being unable to use my power. it happened in my first game after posting this report.

  
  

  After a survivor is unhooked, hit with borrowed time, downed, uses Decisive strike, is downed again left on the ground, off to find another survivor and hooking them, then going back to first survivor and hooking them you are unable to kick a pallet/gen or use your power.

  I even got other survivors to acknowledge that the survivor was on the hook. but the other survivors can not unhook that player.
