Would you be able to confirm, is this only happening on Vee, or other characters? Survivors and Killers? And to be sure, this is your gameplay-focused loadout (i.e. perks) that isn't saving, not the cosmetic presets, right?
As far as my testing goes it happens to every character. Saving cosmetic presets seems to be fixed (Not 100% sure).
The main problem are the perk loadouts (items/perks/names/offerings) they get wiped and replaced with some sort of default loaout with one base perk like MarbleThrone said.
I cant really pin down what could cause this. I feel like its related to prestigeing the character or obtaining new items. Maybe any change done to the bloodweb? -
I did so much testing but i cant figure out a way to save them. Its such a pain having to rebuild all load outs every time. At least outfits seem to safe now for me

Sadly my loadouts on Vee still keep resetting every single time i restart the game and i think especially when i receive items
