I simply do not believe that just everybody switched to killer, that's just a fake argument to encourage to nerf killer again.Well I know a while ago, and I mean a while long before Freddy was in the game they switched match-making up to give more fair games, and then they reverted it back because queue times were outrageous.

Saying that the event Starts on a Thursday, but really doesn't start on a Friday. If it's says the 5th, but isn't active until the 6th... #########?

Personally, I played the game and I was thinking why am I plaything this instead of DbD. Playing the runners just didn't do anything for me, being a killer main and the hunter get's so bullied, like you said it takes toxic survivors anyday of the torture they can do in that game. I had a game which I barely did anything and I that happened was just one blind into another into another. It was just endless and made the game hard to play. I can see balance being a bigger issue for that game more than DbD with the constant survivor and killer buffs.

One the Hag is considered to be a "Wendigo" based monster in which the person is transformed into a creature, and while her gender is a female she has no muscle town or fat it's quite liter just skin and bones, and her skin is decayed and disfigured. So I wouldn't consider her being "breast hanging out"

I would like to think that maybe hitting a survivor with a direct hit on the bottle will make the effects last longer, and add a slowing effect more. Maybe not a full hit, but maybe exhausted for 10 seconds? This way you get a reward for hitting a small hit box, and it's like getting hit in the head with a bottle. Not enough to harm you but enough to slow you down and the effects should be more since it wasn't just like hitting the direct center of the poison.
