His power sounds extremely map dependent. If it gives him cross map mobility like billy then that will certainly help his case a lot. In loops though I remain skeptical unless he can charge + vault quick enough at any given angle to catch up to the survivor.

If you don't want to play then don't launch the game. How is this seriously that complicated?
"BUT LEGION!"
"BUT NURSE"
"BUT BUBBA"
"BUT CAMPING"
"BUT TUNNELING"
"BUT SLOWDOWN"
"BUT MIDWICH"
"BUT PINHEAD"
"BUT LEGION"
"BUT BAD TEAMMATE"
Please. If you need the sun, the moon, and stars to align in order to have a "fun match" and keep d/c or struggling on hook to get more tries, just give up and play something else.

Perks that slow down or automatically block generators tend to be stronger than regression simply because for regression to really work you need to be able to defend that particular gen. Where regression becomes truly powerful is when it's used strategically to defend critical generators in the middle of the map and work towards a 3gen. Thus, in my opinion it's more efficient to run /one/ regression perk + automatic blocking or slowdowns.
Call of brine + no way out + a killer specific perk + an aura reading perk is my go to if I want to play """""""""""""""""competitively""""""""""""", for example.

Trickster. I can't stand getting pricked over and over again while awkwardly running in circles around a small loop. Give me literally anyone else. Except maybe pinhead.

The m1 special attack nerf and addon nerfs are absolutely necessary, but I think what she really needs is some kind of feedback for survivors. Nurse has been one of my mains since I started playing this game, so I really enjoy going against her - and not only that, but the survivors who run me almost always tell me that they play nurse too.
Bur what about survivors who don't play her? The nature of her fatigue, her charge time, her movement, her blinks, how challenging some obstacles are to play around, etc. are all completely alien concepts and extremely difficult for most people to get the hang of in a natural way.
Solution? I would reduce her lunge by something like 15%, and then add a particle effect to the place she will appear at the instant she releases her blink. This way playing against her would be more intuitive and give survivors a way to "learn" her power. These 3 nerfs combined would take the edge off of nurse, and while she would still be top tier, I think the shitters who have been camping and tunneling with her while using double range would move on to alch ring blight or something instead.

All of you saying facecamping works because players are "bad" completely miss the point of why anyone plays this game in the first place. The fun part of dead by daylight isn't escaping; escaping might feel good at the end of a tough match, but if you're honest that's not what anyone is truly here for.
The fun of dead by daylight is interacting with the survivors/killer and getting into the idea that the other survivors will totally die in real life if they are sacrificed so you wanna be a hero and save them no matter the cost. Thus, "altruism", and stupid risky sub optimal plays are what people want after being in queue for 30 years. This is why camping works - if the survivors want to do something interesting, they have to give themselves up to the killer to make that happen.
Dead by daylight is not a balanced game, and probably never will be. I know some folks love their competitive mario party but they are ultimately in the minority.

Damn I played myself. In my defense I lost it in the impressive wall of text.

Is this satire?

Trickster and pinhead, that's all.

Team Fortress 2, the other game that you can sink thousands of hours into.

Try infectious fright instead. Bubba absolutely excels at killing out of position survivors. When is a survivor out of position?
*When they are going for a flashlight save
*When they are in a deadzone
*When all the pallets are gone
*When they are going for a sabo
*When you can see them
*When another survivor runs you into them
*When body blocking
*In corners of the map
And when do those things happen the most? After you've just downed a player of course! Infectious fright will help you leverage this mistake with great success, and if you put on chillis and bamboozle, it only becomes easier to punish them. You backrev meg, immediately revealing claudette behind a rock with a flashlight. You down them both, hook claudette, hook meg, then down the third survivor coming for the rescue. Losing the game? No problem, just snowball! Unless you're facing optimal survivors, you should have simultaneous downs at least once per match.
NOTE: this does NOT mean to ALWAYS slug; only when it's convenient. If a survivor books it into a quadruple connected giga jungle gym with 30 pallets, drop chase and focus your attention elsewhere. Proxy camping, tunneling, and slugging should be opportunist behaviors that punish misplays.
I usually play Bubba without perks or addons, but when i want to stomp I'll run purple chilli, yellow recharge, BBQ, Lethal Pursuer, Infectious Fright, and either bamboozle or deerstalker. If you snowball early and often, the survivors won't ever have the chance to hold m1. If you aren't comfortable with slugging like this, try deerstalker for a while to get into the rhythm, and use tantrum addons instead of chillis to get more confident in loops with your saw.

I just got flamed for tunneling because I forgot which of the two survivors I had previously hooked and just picked one. Hook counts for killers would be life changing honestly.

The only downside to these changes is that it will be harder to hoard add-ons and items, and you have to go to level 50 instead of 40.
The awesome thing about these changes is killers will likely try out a greater variety of characters. I know in my case I have a handful of killers that I haven't touched because I'm only marginally interested in them, and therefore don't really care to invest bp. After these changes, it will be very easy to jump onto new characters without first injecting a ton into their webs.
