• In order to get this to work you need to have bought the SH dlc and have the executioner selected as your killer in the main menu screen. If you don't see pyramid head as your killer this will not work. Side note for console: When released this was not working for any other platform besides PC but they plan to hotfix it so keep trying and stay patient.
