• I've been dealing with this bug lately as well. I'm on console and don't have the options to mess with vsync or any of that, but it looks like that wouldn't help anyways. Whenever I play early morning there is no issue at all. Skill checks are perfectly in sync, but as it gets later in the day they all of a sudden start to lag variably. As others have reported they are unpredictable making it impossible to adjust your timing in order to hit them. It makes the game pretty unenjoyable.
