    VIDEO: I sadly have no video proof of this occuring, but it happens every single time i pick up chatterer's tooth while using the addon.

    It just makes survivors scream and get chained by 3 chains.

    It's been this way since it's release, it's not overpowered; that's exactly what it's supposed to do.

    And sorry to burst your bubble, but it's a very weak addon that downgrades your entire power for 25 seconds of undetectable.

    You can get infinite undetectable with Trail of Torment, if you combine it with The Unknown's terror radius perk you can be undetectable 90% of the game.

    This is not a bug.

    For the record, there are only five killers in the game who do *not* have an aura reading add-on. All other killers have at least one.

    There are 17 perks that allow for aura reading perks, and there is no way for the survivor to definitively know their aura has been revealed, outside of using "Distortion". 3 of the top 6 killer perks reveal auras (nightlight.gg/perks), with Lethal Pursuer leading the way with it's extra 2 seconds of reveal time for *every* Aura reading perk/add-on. This may not sound like much, but a lot of add-ons are only 2-4 seconds, meaning Lethal Pursuer adds 50-100% extra time.

    This doesn't even account for broken combos such as Franklin's Weave, which is infinite Aura reading unless you happen to find where an item was dropped.

    Distortion was the only tool for survivors who aren't good in chase to have some buffer of safety at the cost of increased pressure on other survivors in the lobby who didn't run distortion. People who are in good in chase will benefit from this change if they used distortion, but they likely don't run it since they can take care of themselves.

    Onryo has an Iridescent aura reading addon that shows survivors 12 meters from an active television when projecting and it benefits from Lethal Pursuer.

    Bubba has the Light Chassis add-on that lets him see survivor auras in an 8 meters radius sphere (this means he can rev his chainsaw and see survivors on the second floor if he's on the first floor and viceversa).

    Pig has Amanda's Letter, when crouched she can see survivors in a 16 meters radius sphere at the cost of half her power.
    She also has Amanda's Secret, which reveals auras of survivors removing reverse bear traps for 6 seconds (8 seconds with lethal)

    Knight has Healing Poultice, which reveals survivors auras around the Assassin's 8 meters radius sphere when summoned.
    They are revealed for 8 seconds (10 w lethal). He also has Jailer's Chimes now, which reveals for 8 seconds the auras of survivors that cross his patrol path. Finally, he has Flint and Steel, an addon that lets him see survivors that are 24 meters away (in a sphere as always) from a dropped pallet whenever he summons the carnifex.

    Deathslinger has no addons to see auras, which doesn't matter because even if he did he couldn't do ######### about it because he's slow as ######### and survivors pre-run against him so chases last 2 to 5 business days.

    So congrats, you were right about only one of your statements. I'm not gonna read the rest of your post because it reeks of "Killers have 100 addons and perks to see auras while us poor survivors HAVE to use distortion to stand a chance!".
    Can't you see that one addon that counters that many things is grossly overpowered? People who defend distortion are not liked by killers nor by their fellow teammates lol. get good at looping and stop crying.

    1. Allow the Perk to also progress from Totem Cleansing and Totem Blessing (now also has way more chances to activate)

    so inner healing from nancy is worse. the rest I agree with. Plus it's bugged right now and it doesn't show when it's active or not.
