Actually survivors get 5k for escaping if a killer DCs.
The killer gets 2,5k bp in TOTAL if all survivors DC and lose their stuff while survivors keep their items.

See, i thought it was a bug, because it used to be that way before the latest updates

I've not seen that at all recently on PS4. In fact when a Killer DC's it shows the points gained from my last game, but nothing additional for the current one. Maybe I'm missing something?
