You obviously do not know the true potential to Hillbilly. Hillbilly has the highest skill cap of any Killer in the game, heck he takes even more skill to play than Nurse. If you are an amazing Billy you can do crazy and impressive things. You can abuse the environment to go flying across the map and get skill shots from the sky, Good Billys can curve around pallet loops as well, and use their chainsaw in new and interesting ways. The Overheat mechanics takes away all the style from Billy's chainsaw because it accumulates so fast. With Overheat you will no longer see such skilled gameplay from Billy players. The overheat change is entirely unnecessary and Behavior is just hurting their own game with it. I am by no means a skilled Billy, I play mostly Nurse or Spirit. One of the BIGGEST disappointments of Overheat to me is I can no longer spam my chainsaw. I am not talking about revving it on the progress bar. I mean just tapping your m2 a bunch to make the chainsaw noise but immediately cancel it, it is pretty funny to do with Survivors and makes for fun memey games. But with Overheat I cannot do that anymore. They claim they are doing this to incite more skill based gameplay but it is doing entirely the opposite. Take out Overheat and just keep the add-on changes and Billy will be perfectly fine. Most Billys I encounter never camp because he has so much potential they do not need to. The only Billys that camp are new players who have no idea how to play him, so camping is not an issue on Billy. Leatherface on the other hand, like 99% of them are all campers.

Leatherface changes were warranted, he was pretty trash and he was only good for camping. But Billy, he did not deserve this. I am fine with the add-on changes, but NOT the Overheat change. So unnecessary and takes all the fun out of Billy. Nerf the funnest Killer in the game with the most skill potential but Behavior still lest 4 man SWFs run around slamming Killers and trash talking with no repercussions. Even though they have said they want to give Killers some bonus against SWF like extra BP or whatever. But they go ahead and nerf a Killer that nobody was complaining about.

It is a sad day to see such a proud Killer brought to a low level. Long gone will be the days of skilled Billy's who fly elegantly through the skies before merciless beating you down. The Killer who had the most skill potential in the game has been lost to the Entity. You had a good 4 years, but your life was cut too short. You will never be forgotten, and you will be missed. F

Some Killers are unplayable. Nurse constantly rubber bands after every blink so hitting someone is impossible. As Billy during chainsaw sprints I've rubber banded as well. There is so much lag, and my ping wasn't high. I went to hook a Survivor and stood in front of the hook for 2 seconds and then got teleported back to where I was 2 seconds ago, and so had to go to the hook again to hook them, and the interaction still lagged. Sometimes you rubber band as killer just walking around.

The entire area in front of the locker is where the killer gets stunned. Look at the animation when you fast vault out, and look at the locker doors. That area that the doors open to and where the Survivor comes out is where the stun occurs. You can use it while injured, it's just harder because the Killer may hear you. Going into a locker mid chase is risky even with Q+Q but if you're in an area with tons of lockers it could be worth it. Head On doesn't work if you have crows or you are exhausted.
Sometimes Head On doesn't work because of lag though, I've seen it happen a few times but not as much as when the perk first released.

tested it on the PTB, Undetectable counters Spine Chill. Some video proof here https://youtu.be/domnY5eo0fU?t=143

yeah, things are inconsistent. Rusted Jaws applies a timed mangled effect but it says nothing in the description of it being a timed mangled. Begrimed and Rusted chain used to have the timer in their descriptions, not anymore. But Huntress begrimed and rusted head still have the timers in their descriptions. So I guess they just pick and choose what information to give the players?
