You can literally hop on a gen last second and that will count since there was a similar challenge, in the first tome that said repair 4 generators completely but I found that you can just hop on a gen last second and that would still count. Just do what someone above said and put on bond to help yourself.

why? spirit made an oath, unless she's a terrible negotiator she'll eventually be "mmkay i killed 100 survivors, where's dad?" or are we expected to believe she's just an idiot who makes death-defying pacts on a whim? once again, hilariously bad writing. characters shouldn't be stupid xD
What if they perhaps make it for the first time two killers are trying to actually kill the other due to their motivations from the past. Going off of what you have said this would enrage the Rin more and motivate her to be a better killer in the trials. For Rin's father reason idk honestly other than he is mad that he didn't finish the job of killing Rin. (Even though the entity makes it so the killers can't meet one another in the realm at all apparently).
I know there is a lot of plot holes with this, but I feel this is a way they can do without ruining to much of the Spirit's lore.

I don't think it would ruin the spirit's lore to much, I think that they can write him in and still keep the lore intact. All they have to do is say that the Entity possibly forged a memory for Rin when they offered her the deal to get revenge on her father to in turn become a killer in the trials.
