• if it is 24m like Devour Hope (could be less if too much) and the killer runs out of it you would have to bait them back into the range in order to get the full time. BT does nothing but adds 5 seconds that they downed be hit but now ds is at 30 seconds instead of the full 60 and would still be going down. All this is a idea don't come in and just say its abusable/ useless does nothing to help, explain why its not good and if you want to list some ideas to help make it better.
