  • I have two kids playing this game on iOS and EVERY time they try to purchase auric cells, it's either a delay of over a full day before the cells show up, or else they never show up at all (seems like about a 50/50 split so far). We are charged for them quickly, we just never get the cells. I've already initiated two refunds through Apple for the previous purchases that never materialized, I can't keep doing this every couple days. I now have two more purchases from a day ago that have yet to produce cells.

    And no, going back into the store or attempting to purchase the cells again doesn't seem to help, and there is no "not currently available" notice or anything.

    Please help, this is the worst in-app purchase situation I have ever experienced by far. They love the game, but this is ridiculous.
