It's absolutely ridiculous how persistent of a complaint keys are from killers. Keys are not a free win, not a "crutch" for survivors either. They are essential against killers capable of stomping survivors with busted builds and broken add-ons. Keys merely level the playing field against these killers, killer mains infatuated with stacking slowdown perks such as Ruin/Undying/Pop and running overpowered add-ons such as Mother-Daughter Ring, Alchemist Ring, Wraith All-Seeing. Survivors struggle immensely against killers running stacked regression perks, and oftentimes keys are their only chance of escaping.
I wonder why keys are a serious complaint because of the fact that the "key" version for a killer, a Mori, is super garbage and just waists more time for the killer rather than save them more time. And not evey killer runs the most over powered add-ons. I personally use yellow+green mixers. The only time I use red+green add-ons is when I clearly see a SWF group with someone holding a key. Because that's how ridiculously game changing a key is. The fact if I know enough gens are done to spawn hatch but not activate the gates, my mindset has to change completely and I then have to stray away from the gens I should be protecting to finding the hatch first and try guarding that and the gens at the same time. Which, with hatch spawns being random (which obviously they should be) the chances of the hatch spawning in a very very good spot where survivors won't find it is 0. Also, Devs have been changing alot of the killer add-ons for the past few chapters. I think most recently Demo. So mostly ever killer has gotten a rework in their add-ons that needed it. For example Huntress is only allowed 1 Hatchet with Iri Head. Also, Wraith's "All-Seeing" Iri add-on isn't that good. His other Iri is way better. Then the Mother Daughter ring actually has a down side and is basically only meant for players who have a decent headset. And then The Blight is super strong because of his J flick along with the much needed height buff. And the main giant reason why killers need gen defense perks is because how fast gens can be popped if just one or even 2 people are running PTS. Paired with a few survivors who know how to loop and toolboxes. That'll be the end of the game. So when people do run those double/triple combo gen defense perks that's why.

Honestly this stupid penalty thing is just bad. Why would these devs want me to forcefully play a buggy match and not leave. For example for bugs, killers can't hear survivors injured or downed so they just stay "slugged" even though I can't find them, then pop unbreakable even tho I walked right near them without a sound (and no they don't have noise reduction perks) , internet internet internet (like why does anyone in the game deserve to be a host. So bias and servers aren't in console to my knowledge so getting hit through dropped pallet or a window I vaulted 2 seconds ago is a daily. And if servers are in console why are they so so bad), then really really OP second chance perks and Gen rush can be combined with SWF to make the game last a maximum of 10 min without a single hook. And the new stupid hook Sabo is helping survivors because it saves survivors time to go around 99ing hooks when now they are aroundabout 95ed so you can probably take hit, Sabo the hook and boom, saved survivors every match and saving survivors like 2 min to 99 hooks. More time to Gen rush with easy to get toolboxes. I played a match where right when I hooked someone 3 gens popped at the same time (a maximum of 80 seconds because they didn't have toolboxes so that was a 80 second chase and I have 1 out of a maximum of 12 hooks needed to kill. And that's 3/5 gens needed to escape. This game needs balance rework and then I will understand a DC penalty.

what about when killers do all the bad mannered stuff they do? Hook camping, leaving survivors in the dying state.... pshh please... tbagging at the exit gates. Poor you 😂
Lmao. Where did you come from? Getting carried by 2nd chance perks and your red rank SWF group? "poor you" this is your thought mentality. "let me t bag after hitting the killer with a pallet. I'm just so much better than him" now you are just asking to get facecamped. Then survivors complain about being facecamped after being toxic and then saying at the end of the game chat "ez gg. Meaning get good scrub. You're trash." like no. Learn how NOT to be toxic. You are asking to be tunneled and facecamped because nobody wants to be bullied. Especially when matchmaking isn't 100% good. I would play on a new account, and 4 man against purple ranks while rank 17. So you're possibly bullying some low rank killer that basically decides if the game last more than 4 more months. Because if I join a community that toxic (like it basically is right now) I'd leave. I'd just go back to my normal CoD or something.

Yeah you’re experiencing something entirely different than what the average LONELY Queued up survivor goes through. I mean, I just see a few things about the game that doesn’t make sense. Never should anyone be killed off for getting hooked once during 2nd stage of sacrifice that paves the way for killers to abuse hook camping. Regardless how fast the other 3 can wreck those gens it’s frustrating and deflating. Load times for playing with 2 or more friends is also LENGTHY. I am bringing issues about the game that should be addressed. Im A customer too man.
I can 100% with the queue times for 3 man loading times. Like oh my God me and my friends play another game (like yugioh or exploding kittens) while we wait for the game to put us into a match. And about 20% of the time either one of us get some type of error and we all have to leave just to rejoin. That grinds my gears. And the worst thing ever is when we find a game, load into the game and right when we touch the Gen, insta DC. That gives allllll of us depression.

I come in and see survivors backing out when doc shows up 😂 get the hell outta here it’s just too much. Killers should have to work a little harder. You guys are plenty fast, plenty of abilities to sneak up on unsuspecting victims. 5 gens is a lot of work plus exit gates 😂 surviving doesn’t need to be a thing for all 4 every game but neither does slaying all 4. Realistically 1/2 should slip through the cracks more often.
LOL. Don't make me laugh. I played survivor and it got way to easy with only 2 other friends that barely know what meta perks are. I barely ran the meta perks and escaped and then I got bored of survivor. Now playing killer makes my hairs turn grey since now I know what killers go through with the T bagging and the bullying done at exit gates. Survivors have way to many 2nd chance perks that allow them to either, take a hit gaining a speed boost, or body blocking, or just DHing through me since you can phase right inside a killer. And before you say this fix your statement, no, NOED is not a second chance perk. A second chance perk is something you can always use when the killer/survivor is in a situation. *cough cough* dead hard, sprint burst, Ds.

This isn't a post to complain about NOED, but rather just to question why bad killers use it as a crutch. Most of the time resulting in their only kill. It's just certain days I go on this luck streak of killers who are SO BAD, i literally just ran an oni for 5 minutes around 1 pallet, we all **** on this guys life, tbagging blinding pallet slamming lmaoo. Then mister no skill killer has the audacity to be running NOED. lets be honest that you aren't even going to get far with that when 4 survivors are better than you. You're admiting you're a bad killer seeing as half the killers have 1 shot abilities they can get standard (M2). Needless to say he didn't kill anyone.
Next match, boy was this a funny one, a trapper with NOED who couldn't even loop. Every time he wanted to try to swing at the pallet and let me slam him. It's hard to take this guy seriously and then he gets 1 hook all game, guess what perk he's playing with? NOED LOL
Go ahead keep using it it's rather amusing, rules of survival, unless the killers complete garbage just let the random die on NOED, OR take a look in the most immediate areas to check really quickly, don't feed these bums, I'm perfectly fine with killers not developing skill through means of NOED to get 1 - 2 kills .
A major issue in this game is how people prioritize killing someone even if it means on the first hook. This I don't understand unless you truely don't care about even bloodpoints. Pips don't stand for anything unless you like having a challenge every single time in red ranks, even at purple ranks now u get gold and gray killers on ps4. Hell you even get linked with gold and gray survivors who would rather watch you loop for 5 minutes instead of doing generators. Even so with dumb survivors and a dumb killer with NOED 1-2 experienced survivors is all it takes to change those matches.
This perk is the biggest hurdle in the game toward survivors , to be fair it always has been, i think I'd rather have this reworked than ruin, ruin was bareable, although admittedly it was the cause of disaster in a lot of games. Why should No One Escapes Death work on every survivor multiple times until its cleansed, depending on what level of NOED you have should be how many times you can use it;
MY PROPOSAL ON HOW N.O.E.D. SHOULD BE:
( NOED Tier 1 - You get a 1 hit down on 1 survivor, only works 1 time)
(NOED Tier 2 - You get a 1 hit down on 2 survivors, only works 1 time on each selected survivor)
(NOED Tier 3 - You get a 1 hit down on 3 survivors, only works 1 time on each selected survivor)
There's absolutely no reason u need a crutch bigger than 3 free M1 1 shots.
Please I hope the Devs see this idea, its much more balanced, especially for super low rank noobie survivors who don't know where to look for totems, or that the situation calls for them to just escape rather than rescue.
I'm confused. Your saying the NOED is a perk for garbage killers? Yet survivors are FULL of second chance perks. Then you wanna say that you're t bagging and flashlight stunning and all of this. This is why killers run these perks. It's this toxic behavior that causes killers to have to use such good perks. Now before you get all mad yes I agree with this ranking system on ps4. (cannot say on other consoles because I don't have other ones) I used my other account fresh from everything. I am rank 17 pulling a 4 man against purple ranks. But these people playing just make no sense. Everyone just acts like a rank 20. Just running into everything except for loops and pallets.
