  • ok I realized what you guys say but I can't figure out the fix to my problem :(

    the devs alredy answered me with the supose ''fix'' but its so inconsistent I have days I play a LOT and dont fall from the match

    and I have days I enter the game and in the first match i get ban

    I know to reach 48 hours its a lot of ''locks'' you have to get but I can only remember dcing on purpose when I got playing the game again 1 week ago

    I just post-it to see if others have the same problem, but without the fix Im gonna supouse its the game fault

    sorry if I seem rude or a dick I just want the good for the game couse i love him

    Behavior send me a email with the ''fix'', I think it worked couse im no longer getting kicked so heres the solution:

    If you are playing on PC, please restart your computer and Steam client and do a hard reset on your network router to see if this issue persists. If it does, please follow these steps:


    1.) Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run"

    2.) Type "cmd" (without quotes) and hit enter to bring up "Command Prompt"

    3.) First, type "ipconfig /release" (without quotes) and hit enter

    4.) Second, type "ipconfig /renew" (without quotes) and hit enter

    5.) Lastly, type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) and hit enter

    6.) We also advise repairing/reinstalling EAC

    7.) Restart your computer


    Also, please do the following on Steam to confirm that your game files are not corrupted:


    1.) Go to your Steam Library

    2.) Right-click on Dead by Daylight

    3.) Click 'Properties'

    4.) Click on the tab 'Local Files'

    5.) Click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'
