    Yeah, you have a point.

When I'm looking at all of this now, you're absolutely right.

I honestly don't know how I could forget about a time limit for "Never Again". I guess there's two options: either make it a perk that counters camping, or make the aura read work only outside of chases and remove the vault buff.

So, the new "Never again" would:

-give you aura read on small distances outside of chases,

-work only between being unhooked for the first time and getting hooked again.

For guilt, I've made a horrible mistake when writing it. (wth is "less quieter"). The idea was that you would fail a skillcheck, gain the aura read immunity and maybe become completely silent and then go for an unhook. Yeah, It's not good. Perhaps I should completely scrap it.

About Pride, I think about removing the gen progression speed and instead of giving a 5% progression for greats at max tokens, just double the normal progression bonus (this way it does less when repairing and more when healing)

  • So how about a perk that rewards you further for hitting great skillchecks?

    PRIDE

    "The best feeling of all."

Gain a token for each great skillcheck, up to 5 tokens. Lose a token each time you fail a skillcheck or when you're injured.

For each token your healing, repairing and cleansing speed increases by 2/3/4%

When you reach 5 tokens good skillcheck zone becomes 30% smaller and great skillcheck are rewarded with a bonus 5% progression. At 5 tokens skillchecks will appear more often.

Perhaps it's too complicated, but think about it. I think it would be balanced, it would require a lot of skill, it would be countered by killer perks like disstressing, but with "This Is Not Happening", "Resilience" or maybe "Stake Out", medkit with sponge and surgical suture it would make a great combo.

It may not be the best on it's own, but it doesn't have to be used with other skillcheck-oriented perks to have value, and it has some combo potential.

  • Hex: Dreary is op, survivors have to rely on rushed actions, without rushed actions survivors wouldn't stand a chance against the killers.

Hex: Imprison ... If you ever played dbd you should know, that if the killer attacks the unhooking survivor, he can attack again by the time the survivor is unhooked. So, if the killer is camping basement with this perk, the survivor can't even be unhooked, because the killer can attack multiple times before it is finished.

Hex: Obstruction is just bad. -90% great skillcheck zones means survivors basically CAN'T hit greats, so it's just a worse version of the old ruin

Relentless hunter - just don't make perks that will only work with other perks or specific killer powers. Changing your obsession is rare, but with perks like nemesis relentless hunter becomes insanely op

Sadism - same here. not all killers have powers or addons that make survivors scream, but if you make a whole perk build around sadism, it becomes op.

Hex: Constrict heavily depends on luck, can be unfair for the survivors or useless if they find it before a chase

    other perks are ok
