I've played one MMO RPG were the base of his core design was picking classes 3 different classes and build your character around it. With time, the devs of that game decided that synergies were too strong and killed most of them. With this, many fun builds turned unreliable from one day to another and the meta become very much stale. Everyone on my server was playing the same build. Also, people didn't stop build with synergy, they just tried to build around the system with was left having stackble effects. Killing synergies killed the fun of the game.
My take on this is: although stacking makes things harder to balance, synergy builds can be quite fun to use. I can see the scenarios where stacking and don't stacking works but both need to be thought very carefully, otherwise will much staler meta than we already have now.
That's very true, they would need to be very careful, one of the reasons why the haste and hindred not stacking didn't go live was that the buffs to perks were so minimal, many didn't even get anything and if I remember correctly, literally none for hindred (which kinda understandable cause hindred is an annoying effect but still). For now, maybe they just look at healing not stacking cause like I said, there's been so many healing perks added lately that many low tier killers can't keep up with and of course, top tiers don't really care but they are a whole other problem

This is sensible and I agree with all the points you've outlined.
If I could add one suggestion, it would be to change how her regurgitate power interacts with environmental objects when it 'splatters.'
I'd prefer something like a bounce, akin to how Singularity's UVX can bounce off of objects. Something that is far more skillful to dodge than the auto-aim that her regurgitate power currently is. I want to know that I got hit by regurgitate because I'm going against a good player — not because BHVR decided to almost-guarantee the hit with auto-aim. It just feels terrible to go against.
I seen people ask for the auto-aim to be removed, I am more on leaving it because it's suppose to be easy to hit, that's why I want the build in counterplay to be better, if you can't hit and it's too strong, it will just feel awful for the killer, now we have that the counterplay is too weak and it's very easy to infect so it feels bad for the survivors also you can still quite easily miss it by shooting too high… Tho at the same time, if we compare it to Unknown, you can just shoot into the survivor directly unlike Unknown , even if projectile is small, it has very small cooldown so you can try and try again, unlike Unknown who has a long cooldown, it's ability can also damage unlike Krasue spit.
I played quite a bit as Unknown and learning the bounces is quite a pain, sometimes you shoot at the perfect pixel that bounces to the other side, other it will go back at you but again, Krasue one has a small cooldown, you can make mistakes hmmm… I don't think I would mind that much if the cooldown stayed the same or was max half a second longer (still would throw the bigger slowdown for shooting so you can't just M1 easily after hitting, when you have Head form that can easily catch up that's really just added annoyance, also it spawns a shroom so you need to make a choice of giving more counterplay for the enemy that he might even use in chase but the chase could potentially be shorter or potentially wasting more time than needed but giving less for the enemy) and shrooms were not too strong (like I said, so it doesn't feel like you put all the time and effort, for it to just disappear in seconds… Sounds like Unknown and Artist, ngl, they really need some love, their addons suck, Artist gets countered by lockers cause ######### you that's why, missing as both of them is so punishing, ye, no wonder they are quite unpopular)

So, from playing the PTB... A little bit lol, the anti-slug and tunnel changes in my opinion just need number tweaks and few smaller reworks:
1. No recovering and moving at the same time
2. 4 hooks instead of 6 for the gen speed bust, you can kill someone before 6 hooks without tunneling at all
3. Blocking gens shouldn't work when it happens at 2 gens and below
4. Bigger benefits for weak killers with no mobility like Trapper and Ghostface, like 15/20% haste
5. Haste should maybe end after breaking 2 pallets or not end by breaking at all.
Hmm I think that's it, maybe will find some other things. Now Krasue:
1. Pallet vaulting, it just can't work, Chucky scamper and Kaneki are great examples of that, you can't really balance it cause it's or so weak that it doesn't do anything, maybe once in 100 years or a free hit. Just make her destroy pallets in head form
2. Going from head to human form should be bit faster
3. Maybe a bit more control of the lunge or longer range
4. Might be me but the speed ability doesn't feel like it speeds you up at all but maybe it's just me. A bit faster movement or a bit faster recharge cause it's quite long
I think that's it, again, might find more things that suck.
Oh ye, Dracula changes are bad, the bat is nicer, wolf doesn't feel much different but the hellfire nerfs are quite bad and the addons are also bad, buffing the useless and nerfing the decent/good addons is not the way. I don't see why casting the hellfire got nerfed where wouldn't the cancelling be an issue? The speed loss from casting is already massive, I don't get it. The buffs for it are nice tho, like smaller cooldown (even tho it's 0.5 seconds lol) and extra pillar.
Everything else seems okay tho nerfing Leverage when the meta is very fast healing, buffing another heal perk and a perk that makes exhaustion faster and stacks with Vigil? Idk, seems like a bit much. Also, there should be something for The Twins, the anti slug effects them the most, maybe Charlotte will always be few meters away from Victor kinda like Snug just much further or Victor could grab survivors by their leg and the Entity would hook the survivor
