Why reduced repair speed? Why not straight up inability to repair?
I feel like just entirely taking away their ability to repair is stupid, give them a choice, if they want to repair a gen but slower then let them do it ( maybe the slower repairing could be increased to 25% ) it will take them longer than usually and they will be injured, so they are taking a risk, but if tjey really want to then let them do it and suffer the consequences.

"Nerfing killers like crap"
Ok then is that why the Freddy rework hasn't been changed yet? Not saying that Freddy post rework is OP but stating that killers are being nerfed constantly....
Do you even read patch notes?
Ok maybe I exaggerated a bit, but still, killers get usually much more nerfs than survivors do, now with freddy they finally decided not to nerf him in the first few days because some people didn't know how ti play against him and said he is op and I am very happy with that since Freddy is now well balanced.

I don't fully agree with some changes but I definetly agree with other ones; I am not going to talk about add-ons since BHVR said they are going to buff them, so let's talk about the power. I am going to say what I liked about your ideas and adjust it a bit.
So I don't think that his FF movement speed needs to be increased, it may be slower than the original but it's much longer and his normal movement speed is also bigger, but I do think however that his vault speed should be increased, it's just a bit too slow currently. Now, mending skillchecks, I absolutely love that idea, it just gives you so many possibilities, you could do builds like "Impossible skillchecks Legion" and maybe there could be an addon that reveals a survivor's aura if they fail a mending skillcheck, but I think that maybe decrease the amount of the meter being removed at least to 25%.Also blocking survivors from doing gens entirely doesn't sound that good, but I can understand your point so maybe instead of blocking them from doing that entirely just give them 15% slower generator repair while in deep wound. The punishment for missing a hit is kind of big currently, losing only 50% doesn't sound bad, but I am not sure. Now I am going to add my idea: decrease the fatigue by 0.5 seconds and let legion use FF when it's loaded over 60% but then if he uses frenzy while it's not fully loaded make the fatigue 0.5 seconds longer. But I think that all these changes could make him too complicated and maybe too strong if they were all added together, so I think that it's more of a list of possible changes from which maybe 2 could be chosen.

Well BHVR doesn't really nerf survivors that much, they mostly focus on nerfing the crap out of killers, so I don't think survivors will get any nerfs soon.

I like the idea, it would be cool to see the killers changing roles, but I thunk that's what makes it a bit too complicated, you have 4 killers in 1 and they all have their own abilities, but it's a great idea nonetheless. The perks are mostly great but there is something with Foxy' Chill and Keys to success that just doesn't fit with the rest of he game. Foxy's chill is just stalk except it's a hex perk, it's pretty broken if survivors don't destroy it. I'm not sure how to feel about Keys to success, it sounds pretty good, but spending 5 minutes not doing the objective... I'm not sure.

That aside I like it. Creep just sounds like it's own version of stalk but is there a way to reverse the dread effects? That's broken if not.
Dead eyes- okay
Under supervision- is that LOS or is it like a spine chill?
DFTV- perfect chase perk I wonder how legions fast vault with this active will look lol
Survivors perks-
You wont die breaks game mechanics, you lose the opportunity of escape in second state.
That second one is nasty and will change the meta (that's good btw)
Stubborn +Flip-flop? Ooooooohhhhh man lol
The Dread slowly goes down when survivor looks at the killer or is in his Terror Radius. Under Supervision is LOS. Also the way You Won't Die works is basically: if you get hooked for the second time the second stage doesn't start immediately, you get 3 escape attempts first, after them the 2nd stage starts but it's shorter. And if you free yourself at that point, you will die on the next hook. Changed it a bit to not break the game too much.
