I can confirm that the killer can get stuck too, here is a picture of a Plague that could not move or do basic attacks anymore

Not a problem. If you continue to use the perk, keep an eye out for it occurring again, and for any potential gen-blocking perks active as Weaving Spiders is about to be finished. If this occurs again, double-check the perks (and add-ons) everyone had that match, and if you are on PC, you can grab your Game Log (make sure to exit out of the game right after the match to grab the Game Log, and the pinned Bug Report Guidelines step-by-step how to get them <3 ), and post it here with the update!
Hello, do you know if this is a bug or intended behavior of this perk? Imagine if Grim Embrace or Thrilling Tremors is in play as you finish the Invocation process, it's a complete disaster
On this opportunity I would like to report another funny bug with this perk:
Steps how to reproduce 100% of the times
- One survivor starts the Invocation process
- A 2nd (or 3rd/4th) survivor joins the Invocation process
- The original survivor leaves the Invocation circle
- If the original survivor gets downed by the killer (or plot twist) just as the other survivor(s) finish the Invocation, the downed survivor gets healed back from the dying to the injured state instantly
-
You can upload the video to your youtube channel (as unlisted) and then link it here

Was the Blight using Compound 33 by any chance? If yes then I think we solved the mystery

Does this also work if the killer lets you wiggle out or repeatedly drops the survivor and picks them up again?

It absolutely should not be a hex. Since cleansing any totem reduces its impact by 20%, there's no need to have a specific totem that also removes it entirely.
You want to boon faster? Go cleanse those other totems.
Yeah if it wasn't a hex that would boost its viability hard in the current boon meta

IMO it is stronger than before. So if it was worth being a Hex before, it is worth being a Hex even more.
Nah. Back in the days when the sound notification was still a thing, it was necessary that TotH is a hex or else it would have been way too easy to protect a powerful perk like Ruin or Devour, especially with a 3 gen stack nearby.
This is not a thing anymore and now it makes no sense as others agreed as well.
It just seems like an Oversight by bhvr to me

Today was one of my worst days in DbD since playing, and I am a day 1 player from June 2016.
I played killer nonstop for 3 hours now and EVERY SINGLE ONE of my matches was 5 gens done in 5 to 6 minutes even with genstopper builds and pushing survivors away regularly with Tinkerer + Ruin. Survivors always nearby for flashlight or pallet stun whenever I pick someone up. Body block conga line etc etc

He shouldn't start with all of his traps, that'd make it too easy to cheese certain areas. However, you're right that having to travel all the way across the map to gather all of your power hurts him unnecessarily.
The correct compromise here is to adjust how far away from him his traps spawn. Have them only be on the same side of the map as him, not in a distant corner he'll never want to go to.
Hag and Freddy also start the trial with all of their traps, and they are one of the least played killers. Sure the Trapper could cheese a powerful juking spot more easily then but come on man, he's got nothing else going for him. He has no mobility at all and his power is no match to the top killers.

He should start with all his traps and should be able to pick them up as well. Trapper is arguably the most outdated and power-crept killer in the game. Not only does he have to waste so much time to even be able to set his power up - time he really doesn’t have to spare - but there’s no guarantee it will do anything in the first place, and can be countered too easily in too many ways.
This hits the nail on the head imo. It's sad to see that THE original DbD killer -the first ever made by BHVR- seems to be stuck in this super outdated 2016 design mentality. Imagine if a Blight would start the trial with only 2 charges and then has to walk across the map to collect syringes.... you can apply this concept to any other killer as well. lol
