I'm also experiencing the stuttering, but in an even stranger way.
If I don't move and only rotate the camera, everything is perfectly smooth. However, as soon as I start running, the game looks like it's dropping frames, even though the FPS counter stays around 120. The frame rate is technically high, but there is absolutely no smoothness.
The strangest part happens when you're hanging on a hook. If I press ANY button while rotating the camera, the game can suddenly turn into an extreme slideshow. The flickering/stuttering becomes so severe that it almost looks seizure-inducing.
And it gets even weirder: even after I stop pressing buttons and stop moving, the effect can persist for several seconds. Then, if I just rotate the camera without pressing anything, the game suddenly becomes perfectly smooth again.
So it doesn't seem to be a simple FPS issue. Something seems to be causing severe frame pacing/stuttering specifically when the game registers certain inputs or movement.
