Killer instinct works for about two seconds after you step off the torment trail. Definitely not a permanent thing
The ranged blast is very easy to dodge and he can't hide exactly where he's firing (unlike Huntress/Deathslinger)
The HUD is a bit much, I'll give you that.
The cage that also is guaranteed to send them as far from PHead as it possibly can, which means unless the entire team decides to leave the person he will not have the chance to camp them? (Seriously, in all my games as PHead so far I can think of exactly 0 times where the "best" play was to charge down the cage I just made)
that killer instinct thing is annoying even not permanent ... 2 sec.... but after 2 sec if you step again at the trail ... it show again the instinct... and make you never can hide....
cage send them far ? but that cage also disable decisive strike and breakout so maybe fair enough.

he need buff ? really ?
what about killer instinct when tormented which always show your position ? [ 2 sec after killer instinct go step in pyramid head trail again.. and will trigger killer instinct again ]
what about punishment skills which make pallet and wall useless ?
1 hour tormented status HUD ?
and also... what about cage or final judgment which make decisive strike and breakout useless ?

Killer. No one wants to clear survivor challenge like drop pallet to stun killer, but they reduce amount of pallet in the map.
I will prefer destroy pallet and make survivor scream.

that's why i really rarely recommend this game for my friend... because grind is pain.... they rarely have event bloodpoint... maybe one in three/ four month...
they keep says bloodpoint event destroy the game.... but, can you at least consider to newbie player people who says that? maybe not...

How bad ? Very bad for killer. But, very good for that SWF survivors, of course.
They don't need perk like kindred , spine chill, alert, or any other perk with killer information.
They can split juke killer and gen rush very efficiently .
They can use perk and communicate efficiently also.
" He, I am in the locker near the killer shake just lure there in case you dying in front of my locker, I will use head on."
" He's going after you bro. I can see him going near your gen using Object of Obsession. Just go and let the gen."
" Open the gate and then save me. I have Decisive strike."
" The hag place trap near me. Bro, you have borrow Time, Please save me !"
" Killer is chasing me. Do gens guys."
In the end if killer don't pretty skilled will get punish by SWF team
especially SWF with team chat program ( discord, team speak , steam chat, etc )
