Decent, although the power seems complicated for the devs to actually put in the game. Since it’s a time travelling killer, his power could be to slow down everything for a certain amount of time. So if you press ‘Active ability’ everything (Survivors running speed, Generator speed, healing speed, searching chests etc) would be slowed down by 50% or so for 1 minute.
Now the Perks.
They both seem balanced but I would tweak Gen Punisher again, because after all it’s a Survivors job to do the gens. So I would reduce the amount of time to 30/40/50 seconds.
These are just my opinions tho. You don’t have to go through with them if u don’t want to.

The only buff they would consider is decreasing the default timer, but they probably already think of The Pig as a strong killer because of rank 20's.She can be strong. I forgot my sentence: -The Pig can find in the basement in every locker one more trap or she can collect traps from survivors who found the correct key.
